Conway Riverfest – Saturday, June 27, 2026
Since 1980, Conway has celebrated Red, White and Blue with live music, delicious food, local vendors, fireworks and kids activities. Attendees enjoy all-day entertainment that’s fun for the whole family, a Business Expo, Artisans Market, golf cart parade, river races, cornhole tournament, and so much more.
Conway Riverfest is held annually on the last Saturday of June.

The Conway Chamber of Commerce hosts an annual awards ceremony to highlight the success of the past year, announce exciting endeavors for the upcoming year, share its vision for the Greater Conway area and recognize outstanding Members.

Salute to Education – Wednesday, March 18, 2026
The Conway Chamber of Commerce’s Educational Affairs Committee is proud to announce the 58th Annual Salute to Education, honoring outstanding graduating seniors and their inspirational teachers in the Conway area. This year’s event, scheduled for Wednesday, March 18 at noon, marks a significant transition as the committee adapts to meet the evolving needs of students and educators.
Recognizing the invaluable contributions of educators and the remarkable growth of the Horry School District, the committee has implemented changes to enhance the scholarship program’s accessibility and effectiveness. The most notable change is the transition to an online application platform, streamlining the process for students and educators alike.

Reverse Raffle – Saturday, April 25, 2026
The Conway Chamber of Commerce’s annual fundraiser is a sold-out event year after year! Raffle tickets are currently for sale and will be available until the day of the event. Purchasers will have a chance to win various cash values and prizes until the remaining ticket is drawn for the grand prize of $5,000.

Leadership Conway 2026
Leadership Conway is an 8-month program that provides existing and emerging community leaders with opportunities to enhance their civic knowledge and network. Participants will better understand how our community works, build relationships with current and future leaders, and be inspired to focus talents in a way that will best serve the community.
Leadership Conway accepts participants annually and meets monthly to work on team projects. Each class ends with a Graduation Ceremony highlighting accomplishments of the group. The application process is complete and our 2026 class has been chosen.
Graveyard Grand Prix Coffin Races – October 2026
Get ready for Conway’s first-ever Graveyard Grand Prix – a spooky, high-energy race where teams compete by pushing their homemade, human-powered “coffins” down a downtown course! Each team must have one rider (the “ghost”) and four pushers, and all coffins must be steerable, safe, and creatively constructed. Whether you’re racing for glory or just for fun, deck out your ride and come in costume! There will be cash prizes for speed, creativity, and team spirit – plus live music, food trucks, and Halloween festivities all afternoon. Grab your ghoul-friends and get building, it’s going to be a frightfully good time!

Conway Christmas Parade – Saturday, December 12, 2026
The Conway Christmas Parade is held annually on the second Saturday of December. You are invited to promote your business, organization or non-profit during the event. Floats, golf carts and walkers welcome!
