Southern Realty Announces The Vineyard At Keysfield
New Community Located In South Conway Offers Lowcountry Charm and Upscale Amenities
Southern Realty has announced the opening of its newest community, The Vineyard at Keysfield, located just off Highway 701 South in Conway. The Vineyard offers 82 single-family home sites ranging from 1/2 to 3/4 acre in size, which will feature homes that span from 1,850 to 2,250 square feet. One third of the home sites are situated along the property’s 4.5-acre lake. Other home sites offer river, lake or wooded views. Home sites are priced from $99,400.
The Vineyard at Keysfield offers a number of upscale amenities including an on-sight vineyard and winery. Each homeowner will be offered one row of the vineyard’s grapes, from which they will learn how to make and bottle their own wine selections through scheduled instruction and demonstrations offered at the winery.
The Vineyard at Keysfield will also feature walking trails and homeowners will have the option of joining a fowling club, which will feature turkey, duck, quail, and dove. A private boat landing will also be available.
