Goals and Responsibilities:
Employers depend on the talent, skills and creativity of their workforces for their success. Consequently, the purpose of the Educational Affairs Division is to promote and support excellence in education in Conway and throughout Horry County; to provide knowledge and leadership skills to the business community, as well as our youth, to ensure that they have the necessary skills to become our business and community leaders of the future.

The Educational Affairs Division is responsible for three programs each year:
Leadership Conway (Sept-May)
Youth Leadership (Jan-May)
Salute to Education (held in May; award scholarship to Outstanding Senior in Horry County.)
The Executive Vice President serves as our representative on the Horry County Schools Superintendent’s Business Cabinet.
