Economic Development & Government Relations Committee


The mission of the Economic Development / Government Relations Division is to educate, advocate and promote business and tourism in the greater Conway Area; to facilitate cooperation between government and business; to serve as your voice, increasing interaction with Federal, State and Local resources.


The Economic/Governmental Affairs Division is responsible for the following activities:

  • Promote Positive Economic Development
  • Governmental Relations
  • Business Seminars/Informational Meetings
  • Membership Breakfast Meetings – 4 times annually – proposed dates: March 5th, 2014; June 6th, 2014, September 5th; and December 5th, 2014
  • Update and Distribute Demographics, Relocation and other Statistical Information
  • Transportation Issues
  • Small Business Resource Center
  • Grand Openings and Ribbon Cuttings
